Please fly into Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI).
There are mostly no direct flights to Mallorca except from Newark Liberty National International (EWR), New Jersey. So, you will have to layover in another European destination.
Starting mid-2025, American nationals will need to apply for travel authorization through the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) before arriving in Europe. This ETIAS authorization will be necessary to enter 30 European countries, including Spain. Please complete this at least 30 days in advance prior to your trip. The visa will cost €7 and takes a couple minutes to complete: https://etias.com/etias-application.
If you would like to travel around Mallorca and visit the other towns and beaches, such as Deià, Soller etc. we highly suggest renting a car for your party ahead of time.
Please RSVP by clicking on the RSVP tab by Sunday, April 20th, 2025.
We kindly request that you keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony and live in the moment with us :) Thank you!
The venue does have parking, however we strongly encourage guests to take the provided transportation as the roads are dark, small and hard to navigate at night.
We want to make getting to and from Finca Son Berga as easy as possible, so we’ll be providing transportation from each of the recommended hotels to the wedding venue. We highly encourage that all guests take advantage of this convenient shuttle service to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. Shuttle schedules will be posted closer to the date.
For guests who choose to stay in Airbnbs or other nearby accommodations, the hotels will be happy to assist with arranging taxis to bring you back after the celebration.
Most of the wedding will be taking place outdoors, so please prepare accordingly (sunglasses, sunscreen, light sweater etc.) Please note there will be cobblestones/uneven surfaces.
Please refer to your invitation and online RSVP as it will be specified if you can bring a guest/family.
Below is a guide you might find helpful for the dress code. It’s basically cocktail attire but with a Spanish summer flair!
